the goods arrived by the next day
for me the optimal size for a key 10
I ordered a new product, but it arrived open package - no discount
I don't know if it's standard packaging, but the bits were in an oil bath = as if someone used it, cleaned it with oil and didn't dry it anymore

Good quality. Bits are 3/8" and reducer is 1/2". So they're going for a normal goal.
