I bought the capsule mainly to sit more actively at the desk, but I didn't expect it to look so good. It doesn't look like a piece of exercise equipment, but more like a designer stool. The fabric is pleasant and the toffee colour is warm, matching the wood nicely. Thanks to the weight at the bottom, it doesn't roll away or slip. On the first day, I had to get used to the fact that it is more demanding on balance than a ball, but after that it feels natural and my back is thanking me for it. Inflating it with the included pump was hassle-free. Very satisfied.
surface pleasant to the touch
it looks nice even as a normal piece of furniture
holds in place
carrying handle
it requires a bit more balance than a classic ball at the beginning
