The product fulfils what it offers in the description. Before the purchase I assumed that it would be a blue uv illumination, however, it largely beats the strong diode white light, so be aware that it is more like a lamp and its strong light can be very disturbing at night, so it is definitely not suitable for bedrooms. For the plants themselves, herbs, it is functional but weaker in terms of UV spectrum, but it can be moderately suitable as a stimulus for growth.
