It's working as it should. According to the manual, it should be lubricated before the first run (oil is in the package), then after every 200 km. Lubrication takes about 2 minutes. I believe lubricating and properly aligning the belt will prevent the squeaking that one of the reviews mentions. The app also works surprisingly well on iOS, it connects to the Health app, and you can turn off the annoying beeping when controlling the belt.

I've been using it for less than two months for running (8-12km/h), so far absolutely no problem. I used to have a classic treadmill from insportline for twice the price, so far I haven't noticed any major drawback compared to it. Suspension works superbly. I haven't tried the tilt or the app yet. For the price, I think it's absolutely unbeatable.
