I used WD-40 contact cleaner in the engine. the squeaking stopped, but 3 days later it came back. There is no protection under the display cover between the belt and the motor to prevent the mess from the belt from flying into the fan that cools the motor. no net, nothing. On the green plate under the cover there is a beeper (piezo buzzer), you have to seal it with a melt gun (hole in the middle), otherwise the beeping will drive you crazy. I'd choose something better next time. The better quality model should be the UREVO CyberPad, but if it's not it won't be the same.
