I don't understand why manufacturers cram high light output LEDs into all their devices, which will light up your apartment like a big city in the dark. It would be sufficient to use diffuse LEDs with lower power. Fortunately, this backlighting can either be limited during nighttime hours (you can also set a time interval for night) or permanently switched off completely. Maybe also the black color of the product, which creates what a contrast with the white color of the walls of the apartment (I have no idea how the black color matches with other colors: )
