I bought 4 pieces in A4 format for the " decoration" of the study, in which I had previously invested more money. Frames in combination with black cardboard have already worked for me in the past, I see no reason to avoid them, even if I also use more professional black aluminum frames at the same time (albeit at a multiple higher price). The frames were inserted into the Alzabox individually, without additional unifying packaging and undamaged, which I appreciate.
classic for good money
honest glass, no " polycarbonate" (i. e. polycarbonate)
anti-reflective coating, which, on the other hand, reduces light transmission
the anti-reflective treatment consists of a matte surface that has the character of a " velvet" texture, which to some extent impairs the transparency and clarity of the image
someone may be bothered by the " cheap impression" compared to 3D frames, but that is a matter of taste and can be compensated for e. g. using base papers or mounts
