Does it support Easymesh in AP mode via an Ethernet cable? For example, the RE505X model doesn't support this.

After installation, the device can choose whether to be in AP mode or to spread WiFi as I have it. one piece of advice, at the very bottom of the settings you can select the desired amount of coverage - in my case I selected medium for the first one on the intermediate path to the blind zone and at the end my son has a PC connected by cable to the second one, there I selected WiFi coverage as low. it should affect how much the extender works i.e. how much power it uses and how hot it gets. The LEDs can be programmed when to light up and when not, the extender itself can be programmed when to run and when to shut down.
