Based on the mostly positive user experience, I bought the same type of bag again after 4 years. The reason why such a great product doesn't last forever are the coiled zippers, which get damaged by frequent strain due to filling the bag and pockets to the limit. But even with the old bag they are not completely destroyed after 4 years, they only close in one direction.
