The mugs are perfectly made and, most importantly, they aren't porcelain; they're genuine hard opal glass, not like the cheap imitations from China on Allegro. They are beautiful to maintain and are resistant to breaking – obviously, any mug will probably break if it falls on the floor, but the craftsmanship is luxurious and the design is gorgeous. I recommend this product, and I mainly bought it to match my white opal glass dinnerware.
