Our dosage recommendation is as follows: Place 9 drops in an aromatherapy bottle or diffuser to scent approximately 100 m2. You can use more of this essential oil for inhalation in blends, but no more than double the amount for adults. The oil evaporates quickly, so add it to the aroma lamp and diffuser more often.
