Too bad the device has preset temperatures I would say relatively high. Preset modes cannot be changed to custom temperatures except for one custom. I appreciate the BBQ mode.
The probes are hot when removed (the instructions warn about this), but this is more a defect of the link between the probe and the ground during removal: )
