It was returned.
It leaks. The slightest movement causes runnier contents to spill out. I do not recommend it.

keeps the temperature for a while
It doesn't seal completely, so if you're not careful, a few drops (e.g. of soup) can splash out a little bit.

We have been using it for more than half a year and we are really satisfied. Big enough for two lunches, good quality product, and leak-proof - I've never had a lunch delivered to us that was dirty. Then I throw it in the dishwasher and no problem at all. I can definitely recommend it!
