For the price, there is nothing to fault, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It can easily handle long hair, torn toys, kibble/pellets, "split" sticks and all dog mess. It doesn't crash, it doesn't push through bowls, it doesn't go around toys, it doesn't get stuck, it doesn't crash, and it will absolutely park into a docking station without trying to crash through walls or get tangled in cables. A mop with their concentrate is sufficient for the main cleaning zone, it cannot reasonably be expected to provide exactly the same as a substantially more expensive vacuum cleaner with a docking station. It's enough to wipe off vinyl/board (dog's paws).
