Excellent pan, my favourite range. It just seems to me that the edges of the pan get scuffed quite quickly. It looks a bit chewed up. And after washing and drying, even after several hours, a few drops that were hidden under the handles still leak out into the drawer.
It doesn't burn
Washes well
The edges under the lid soon get sort of scuffed
Water gets trapped under the handles

I bought the pan based on an experience with my parents. The non-stick surface is durable and easy to maintain, food does not burn. The pan can be used on any stove and in the oven for braising and then baking, no plastic parts, everything is metal (except the "stone layer" made of polymer). The pan has a relatively thick bottom, yet it is not unnecessarily heavy and massive. It works great, I use for example for stewing vegetables, roasting fish and other meats. I recommend it.
Can be used on the hob or in the oven

not much for induction, burns in the middle of the pan, undercooks on the edges, a big disappointment
