Things that are stylish rarely work well, and that's certainly true here. The simple look is the only thing you can "praise". The one I bought doesn't work reliably – the spring in the button isn't strong enough to return to the top position, so it always dispenses only a fraction of its soap capacity. Plus, directly under the button, there's a "tray" to prevent water from handwashing from getting into the refill. However, there's no way for this water to drain out, so it accumulates in the space and goes stagnant. It's an extra place that needs cleaning to stop the water from going off and smelling – the mechanism is fundamentally flawed. It's not even worth my time to claim it, I'll just recycle it straight away. Better to buy something that water can't leak into. This product is useless! I really do not recommend it, I can't even imagine a situation where this dispenser would make any sense.

The pump mechanism isn't strong enough to push the top part back up after being pressed, so it only ever dispenses part of the contents.
The button is smaller than the container, even when it's recessed into it - if you touch it with wet hands, the space under the button gradually starts to fill with water, which stays there and later goes stagnant. It's a needless space that has to be washed/cleaned.
