This hand blender wasn’t my first choice – I’d originally ordered one from Sencore (which was also a tad more expensive…) and it turned out to be a complete disappointment as soon as I unpacked it. Blunt blades. Not to mention various manufacturing defects…
This Tefal, on the other hand, has everything the previous blender lacked and, what’s more, it’s much quieter than the older Tefal model I’ve been borrowing up until now. The build quality of both the plastic parts and the body is significantly more refined, and it is comfortable to hold whilst working. It also seems lighter overall, and the added bonus is Quiet Mode. It’s a shame that this set doesn’t include a measuring spoon or, for example, a smaller container with blades. Speaking for myself, I can only recommend it; it lives up to my expectations, is well-made, and grinds quite quickly even at medium speeds. And as soon as I unpacked it, I could see it wasn’t damaged in any way.

Easy to use, modern design and super performance. Plus, it's not noisy. The chopping bowl is a bit bigger than I thought, but overall it doesn't matter. Looks reliable to the eye. For homemade cocktails and soups, it's quite sufficient. So far it works great, I have nothing to complain about.
I use the blender as a universal kitchen aid and so far I have had a very good experience with it. Right from the first use, the high performance is evident - the motor has enough power even for harder ingredients such as nuts, raw vegetables or ice for smoothies. The mixing is fast and the result is really fine, without any big chunks. Perfect price/performance ratio.

I don't know, I've used it a total of 3 times, and that was incomplete. For the money, I find it unacceptable. I was looking forward to it a lot, but I'm rather disappointed, it's already the end of November and I'm still waiting for the repairs and the second complaint. The first claim took exactly 30 days, they didn't even bother to rush the claim with such a clear defect since the production. For the second complaint I feel the same. Unfortunately disappointed.
