Quality workmanship
It warms up quickly
Grease drains - you need to keep an eye on them at all times and always put a little bowl, e.g. just for the juice when you're making toast. Otherwise, it's gonna spill on the table.

Foldable (can be erected in height).
Easy maintenance - the plates can be removed and washed in the dishwasher.
It can be used as a flip grill or expanded to a large grill plate.
It tends to open when placed in a vertical position.

Large, powerful, can be opened flat, cooking surfaces can be separated and washed separately, Teflon surfaces overhang the edges so no crumbs fall into the grill, drainage troughs for juices on both surfaces, adjustable thermostat.
there is no lock, when inserting a bun or baguette, they slip out, they have to be wrapped outside the grill and it is also harder to take out of the shelf, because it can open unexpectedly. I could use a switch.
