my first fryer and I am definitely satisfied. as someone writes here, if you know how to open the suplik, you don't need a lot of strength, just close it with your thumb. what I'm dealing with is uneven heating. it bakes strongly from the top - I made baked pasta, e.g. upstairs is slowly burning and the eggs are still raw downstairs.

It's sturdy.
It doesn't have silicone suction cups at the bottom of the unit, so when you pull the drawer, you can pull the whole unit off the line on top of you - IT SLIPS on the surface. The manufacturer didn't think this through.
It takes quite a bit of strength to remove the drawer. It would be better to install a button on the unit for each drawer to ensure smooth drawer exit without having to pull it by force.
It does not have a temperature maintenance function.
