super small roast/bread, I use it for half a pack of fish fingers or a little roasted vegetables. it's just that when I do a little, it's great. for me a great price-performance ratio.

The roasting pan itself is fine. But the "packaging" of Alza is horrible. They won't even put it in plastic and as it is they'll throw it in a box for you, so expecting it not to be scratched is naive. I don't get it, and I find this to be a pretty sad way to treat a customer. Alza itself should be interested in the goods arriving undamaged.
packaging - there was none, so the goods were fortunately only slightly scratched from the bottom

The baking dish is good, but as mentioned repeatedly here, Alza simply refuses to package it in any way.

Alza's total inability to pack the goods. It will come to you either as it is without packaging, or in a plastic bag. I had to return it twice and finally gave up.

It's not a product feature as much as it is Alza's inability to package the product so that it doesn't arrive damaged/scratched. Goods are shipped to Alzabox as they are without packaging. X attempts, including arranging with the complaints department that the product will be packed, but the result is always the same.
