It's OK for the price, but I bought a large buckle for 25 CZK at a haberdashery and we re-sewed the strap to have a fastener. Firstly, the loose end had to be tied somehow, and secondly, on a medium-sized suitcase, there was over a metre of strap left over, which was impractical.
