I bought the Tactical case for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 expecting it to reliably protect my folding phone. However, after two months of normal use, I was hugely disappointed.
Main problems:
Doesn't stay on the phone: The adhesive strips on the inside of the case completely wore out after two months, and the case gradually started to slide off and peel away from the phone on its own.
Zero drop protection: When the phone was dropped, the case failed and simply fell off the device. As a result, the phone got scratched on impact – the case offered basically no protection at all. Paradoxically, both the packaging and the case itself remained undamaged, but the case failed to fulfil its primary function (to protect the phone).
Complaint handling: I sent the case back for a warranty claim with clearly visible, peeling, and worn-out adhesive strips. The response from the service centre? After 'testing at an authorised service centre', they found no fault, rejected the claim, and refused to offer either a replacement or a refund.
