I've been using Sweaty for a long time. Raspberry as a new flavour is a cool change for me, but the other flavours are great too. I did a comparison of the ingredients with other brands of electrolytes and Sweaty comes out the best for me. I take 1 bag per 1L of water. For me, the taste is ideal. My partner uses 1 bag per 0,5L and she is also satisfied. I also take the pouches with me on holidays in the tropics, where they come in handy to replenish electrolytes. Sweaty's packaging form is perfect for this.
I have tried several types of electrolytes, but these have one of the best formulations in my opinion. The ideal is to mix them in about 0.6 l of water. I use them in my workouts instead of the ionic and they work great. Plus, they taste really nice. I'll be happy if they add more flavors over time. A big plus is the practical packaging - the box can be easily torn off at the top and the individual bags are very practical. For me, it's a much better solution than a big container with a measuring cup.
