That's great for me. I've been looking for some blocks to use for below the knee exercises so my knees don't hurt, and these are great. As a result, I bought 6 of them, because of my back I practice normal/elevated cat, so I use one/two blocks under each arm and one block under each knee.

Looks good, so hopefully it'll last a while.
I was surprised that the block is really small, just enough to support one hand. I was expecting a larger size, but that's more my fault for not looking at the dimensions properly, it's definitely not a product defect.
