A disaster at first as I was switching from Hyper X Cloud II
I didn't know the headphones wouldn't plug into a PC via USB like the Hyper X.
Fortunately, I have a surge protector next to me, and a micro USB charger in it. So when they're dead, I plug in the cable, and off we go. Sometimes when I went to the kitchen, it would already start disconnecting/connecting the headphones.
When there's a software update, sometimes the headphones don't work and you have to dig into the software.
I really like how the headset automatically connects to the PC when you unplug the cable from the gamepad or other things.
It took me about a week to get used to the fact that they are wireless and I can go to the bathroom with them: D
Overall I can recommend it I would not change for another.

Sometimes when there was a software update, the headphones wouldn't work, and I had to dig into the software.
Too bad it is micro USB and not USB-C. The micro USB doesn't fit in there very well.
