Good device, but badly in need of accessories: - SD Measuring strips for complete Lipid Profile,
- Test strips for SD Codefree PLUS,
- EZI pipette 35ul,
- Lancet for blood collection,
- Disinfectant Spray,
- Sterile swabs. If you can't get enough blood into the pipette (to the line), don't even try to measure; you'll just ruin the measuring strip for nothing. And if you don't get a big enough drop of blood on your finger after the lancet prick, it helps to get the blood flowing a bit beforehand (maybe do a few push-ups).
It can measure LDL cholesterol; I haven't found another available device that can do this
It does not measure in mmol/l, but in mg/dl, so the results must be converted (divided by a constant)
