Great at first, except that the sealing ring in the cap always falls out, which is there loosely. Sometimes you don't notice that it falls out when you close it. After about a month of use, the ring no longer leaks at all and the drink leaks out. Hot coffee will last bagged (approx. 50 degrees) max. 10 hours at an outside temperature of 10 degrees. 24 hours, as the product says in any case.
