Have you bought an S24+/S25+ and are really disappointed that it isn’t a massive, rugged brick of a phone? Buy this case and you won’t regret it. Your mobile will turn into a sturdy brick, which, as an added bonus, might even peel off the screen protector due to the case’s really poor design (this isn’t a manufacturing fault). Oh, and for an unbelievably high price here on Alza. You must take this case apart; first fit the frame around the perimeter, and only then fit the cover. It’s in the instructions, but the instructions are printed on the inside of the paper packaging. First, you need to tear open the packaging to get to the instructions. Another problem: protective glass. I’ve got a few cheap screen protectors for my mobile, and this case is peeling them off. This is because the protective glass doesn’t quite reach the very edge; there’s always a small gap, and it’s precisely at this point that the otherwise quite wide edge of this case ends. So the edge of the glass rests against the casing, and through minute movements it literally starts to come away from it. It’s simply a design flaw/incompatibility with the glass. That edge is bevelled right down to the tip, and the tip rests against the end of the glass (where the display glass is). You must either return it, or – if you don’t mind your phone looking significantly larger – take a file and trim this enormous edge down a little (by about 0.5 mm). It’s possible, but it’s a lot of work. Another problem is that the edge is straight. That means it’s resting flat against the glass, and that’s causing dents on the bottom edge because it’s pressing too hard against the glass. That can be sorted out in the same way; you need to take that straight edge (the edge that rests against the protective... (the glass on the screen) should be trimmed again to create a slight bevel (so that the case rests more against the frame and not against the protective glass). With these two adjustments, this case is perfectly usable. Unfortunately, a characteristic of the present day: Do it yourself. But I didn’t expect that from such an expensive case. Yes, I did all that, and I was happy with the result – only for my wife to tell me in the end that she didn’t like it at all because the mobile feels really clunky in that case, that her little finger was aching from it, and she’s already scouring the web to find something better. Of course, I can’t return it, because I’ve already modified it – when I wanted to show it to my wife, the protective film started peeling off bit by bit, so I wanted to spare her a bad first impression.
