Although I was very skeptical about these headphones after my experience with previous models, I still gave them a chance after reading and watching various reviews and I actually don't regret it. The fact that the accompanying application is not in Czech until today - it is already called. on the other hand, they have improved it a lot and it's clearer, especially the horrible Mega Bass function, which was very oversized and at higher volumes the older headphones (M5 and below) couldn't keep up. Now you can play with the equalizer at will and the sound is really great, which I honestly didn't expect and was ready to return them again: ) I picked up the unboxed ones for less than 9k and although they're a bit on the tight side and I miss the lock, my heart won't let me return them. All in all, they are very nice, even the cool case with magnet - it's simply brilliant: D and interchangeable earpieces are also a great idea: ) ANC, etc. I don't think it's worth mentioning. Sony's always been good at this. In conclusion, I will just add - take the white one!; )) the other bar. variants are quite patlají and it spoils the impression of an otherwise well processed product.

I upgraded from the XM4 and it's a pretty noticeable difference in terms of sound quality and ANC. When riding public transport (bus, tram, metro) I can hardly hear my surroundings anymore. I was also pleasantly surprised by how light the headphones are, which is of course due to the plastic construction of these headphones - one can argue whether this is adequate for this price, but I personally do not have such a problem with it. However, what still hasn't caught on from the previous model is the automatic adaptive sound control, where my headphones very often automatically switch to pass-through mode even in very noisy traffic because they misjudge the scenario. I also noticed with this model that my speak to chat is often activated even though I am not talking. It's absurd when I'm on the street and a function is triggered by a passing truck, for example. After wearing the headphones for a long time, you can feel less pressure on the ears and less sweat. It's also a shame that such expensive headphones don't offer Google's Find My feature at all, where you can find the location of the headphones even when the device is turned off, like the Airpods in Apple's ecosystem.

In addition, the design of the headphones squeaks and really looks cheap. What has to be left, however, makes them light and comfortable. They sit comfortably on the ears and do not press. Sound-wise probably good, I played with the equalizer for a while to fine tune it to my ear, however, considering the price range, I was expecting something more. Maybe I'm spoiled already. But ANC really works well. The app you can download for the headphones has some features, but the overall impression is cluttered and not entirely user-friendly. My friend chose an alternative half the price, she is much happier and more impressed, and there one is able to forgive less than ideal ANC and minor variations in sound, but you can fine-tune these directly in the phone settings. We returned the headphones and unfortunately despite the hype around them and the reviews I personally cannot recommend them.

I used XM4 and XM6. I suspect that Sony noise cancelling headphones caused my tinnitus. I noticed yesterday, that tinnitus gets worse immediately after starting to use the XM6 headphone. I will stop using them, I don't recommend any noise cancelling headphones. What I learned that mistakes in the cancelling might make peaks outside of human audible ranges that cause problems with hearing.

Noise cancellation - great - I don't understand that someone doesn't notice the difference between active and off noise cancellation. I use it for example in the engine room with marine engines and even then ANC can do a very good job. If the device doesn't support the LDAC codec, you won't be pulling the max out of the headphones, and you probably won't like the sound at that point. Nothing for Apple. This is an Android and PC headset. The price is too high. Unfortunately, I like to try new things. I'm definitely keeping them. This is the first time I'm reaching for the white variant - no visible greasy prints like with black and blue in the past.
