The headphones look like they cost 1000, - somewhere in Sapa. After a couple of hours, a scratch on the earpiece and after a while a pushed out spot on the head bridge. Not by chance the price went from 14000, - to 10000, - in a moment. The sound and ANC is luxurious and one of the best on the market, but what good is it when you look like Daddy from the village and the headphones "fall apart in your hand". Bowers and Wilkins are a different universe in this one, and even BOSE with equally good sound and ANC looks better in its plastic body. Don't buy this!

My experience with this product in terms of workmanship has been largely positive. I must highlight the sound quality – the treble, mid-range and bass. I managed to enjoy some of the tracks as if I were hearing them for the first time.
I have to give the ANC credit. It managed to filter out noisier environments without any problems.
The software is clear and user-friendly. My negative experience mainly concerned the choice of finish.
Fingerprints easily show up on headphones.
Although the faux-leather ear pads are comfortable, the poor breathability of the headphones means your ears get sweaty after prolonged use, which is unpleasant.
After listening for a long time, your ears start to ache, but I suppose every user’s experience is different. It’s fine for a quick listen whilst travelling by train or during a short walk from A to B.
For me, as someone looking for headphones to wear in an open-plan office for 8 hours or more a day, these aren’t suitable. I would prefer the option of replaceable fabric pads, but that option isn’t available with this product. I’m returning it after two days’ use.
