The pros seemingly outweigh the cons, but they are really essential for proper operation. The grip axis of the heads is 1 cm wide and with a proportional clearance, so that silent operation can only be spoken of during static massage of one point at a perpendicular angle. The head rotates very easily in the grip, making the V-shaped head virtually unusable. Probably as a result of this design imperfection, the fastening mechanism fell apart after a month of use (still successfully advertised). The critical shortcoming here is the battery life, as new it lasted an estimated 1-2 hours of massage, after 9 months of occasional use (about 3 times a week for 5 minutes) the battery life is 2 minutes! Although this is not a typical reduction in battery capacity, it is not covered by the warranty (which is 6 months per battery capacity). Unfortunately, it makes no sense to buy even for a couple of hundred, although the price of slightly over 1000 may seem however advantageous.
