I've only cut twice so far, and it's been a struggle each time. If I have to cut pipes more often, I will definitely buy something of better quality.
It finally fulfilled its purpose (one-time cutting of the thin brass chrome-plated pipe to the sink trap).
Price
The cutting wheel has too much freedom, it "dances" on the tube.
When I tighten too much, the brass chrome-plated pipe (for example to the sink trap) bends again.

Product looks ok, just has a lot of play compared to similar products. In the end I returned it and bought a very similar product from GEKO, which they sell here on alza. It's a little more expensive, but it's better made.
I guess it works.
The wheel has quite a lot of play, I don't see how that bothers the function
