As I wrote above, this is the worst thing I've ever bought on alza and alza's approach to complaints is definitely not pleasant either, I would even say I find it a big disappointment.
I am writing this as someone who is otherwise very happy with alza and this is my first negative experience with alza.
This washer and dryer, or rather the design-nice scrap, is really an unusable appliance that instead of comfort and ease of work will cause you anger, make it impossible to wash and dry, and in the case of a complaint will add more worries because of the Alsatian complaint policy with this product.
I recommend everyone not to even think about this device, you will save yourself a lot of trouble, time and money.
It stopped working after about two weeks, it doesn't complete the cycle, it doesn't dry or wash, the water doesn't drain, the handle at the drum opening is a piece of junk that you grab without knowing how.
Complaint very complicated - three visits to the technician and God knows what will happen afterwards, whether alza will refund my money or replace the product. Anyway, I don't want to replace it and I never have, it's just scrap metal that you definitely don't want to have at home.
