I am thrilled with the washing machine, as well as with its dryer function. It has a lot of programmes, including an automatic settings function. Meaning, if you don't know which programme to use or how long to dry for, you just set the "automatic" programme. The washing machine weighs the clothes and chooses by itself, it's just brilliant. As for those "faults" that others have written about here, I would recommend they open the manual. They are not errors but notifications that the washing machine is too full, or needs cleaning, etc.

I am currently waiting for the claim to be processed and I hope I will be offered alternative goods, because I really don't want this one anymore.

After a few weeks of use, I can only recommend the Siguro WD-A241W Wash & Dry washer-dryer. I especially appreciate the large 10kg washing capacity, which means it can handle larger loads of laundry or bedding without any problems. The drying function is very practical, and the laundry is pleasantly dry and soft when it's finished.
What's more, the machine is surprisingly quiet thanks to the inverter motor and isn't disruptive during normal operation. I also like the clear controls, the sufficient number of programmes and the steam function, which helps to remove odours and reduces creasing.
A big plus is the energy class A for washing, the AquaStop protection against water leaks and the extended warranty on the motor, which gives you peace of mind for long-term use.
