When the vacuum cleaner arrived, we were very pleased. Saci’s performance was absolutely brilliant. The attachments are great too. The battery life is more than enough for 4kk at full power. The only problem was that the extension bit started to come loose. We sent the vacuum cleaner back under warranty, and it came back unrepaired, scratched, dirty and with yet another fault. The vacuum cleaner started switching itself off at maximum power, displaying error code E7. So it’s back at the repair shop again, so we’re expecting it won’t work at all 😂
If you need to make a complaint about or get your hoover repaired, you’re better off doing it at home…

Pretty poor service when it comes to complaints and repairs – Siguro is apparently part of Alza. I like Alzu, but ‘handling’ goods like this and sending them back scratched and dirty is a major drawback

Unlike the Eta, however, we can't put it where we want and it has to be supported by something, which is due to the design. Whoever is considering buying this particular model for mopping, I will disappoint him, the mop here practically does not work, respectively. water with detergent practically does not moisten the "cloth", which is dry after a few strokes and there is nothing left but to soak it in a bucket, wring it out. and it's more convenient to take a regular mop.
