Alza carriers arrived, when two gentlemen unloaded the goods that had been ordered. One gentleman went to the car and my colleague was still convinced that we had paid for the unpacking, "assembly" and removal of the packaging. He said that his colleague had gone to get the naradi and followed him. After a while we noticed that he was leaving with the car. So I called them immediately, they did not answer the phone and called me back after a longer moment, when I was informed that they had already left and that I should call the alza and request either a new service (assembly and unpacking, removal of packaging) or to refund my money. So I dealt directly with Alsa afterwards. Alza rejected my "claim" saying that the carriers said that the service was not requested! One of my colleagues asked if the service was paid for and I called them several times right after I left. I did it again. The staff told me the situation was being resolved. When I told them that I would not choose the service and then I did not want it, unfortunately nothing. It's already October 2025. I like to shop on the avenue, but this one has me stumped. When a person chooses the service of assembly, unpacking and removal of packaging and it is not provided to him and yet the carriers will deny it when I spoke to them and requested the service and they referred me to another way of solving the situation.
