It will definitely serve its purpose where space is at a premium. A reasonably small load of laundry will dry.
If you have a lot of skimming, the moisture production is small and also spread out over time = no need to ventilate even a small bathroom.
Dehairing is not close to the level of a conventional condensing dryer. Still works, but is not solved happily by a filter that is "two-stage": mesh, in front of the below is (probably) a non-woven fabric similar to the one in front of the vacuum cleaner motor.
