In general I am very happy with the products, I have fitted most of my household with Siguro when moving to a new one and they are the only appliances I have no problem with. They work as they should and the prices are absolutely fair.

The installation took an hour and a half! When removing from the box, the washer must be tilted to the side and the bottom of the polystyrene removed. Alternatively, raise it about half a metre off the ground and carry it. The transport pads couldn't be removed. The phone number listed in the manual only leads to the Alza line, where I almost didn't get through to the AI assistant who insisted that I call tech support and I explained to her that they were tech support. Eventually, she transferred me to a live operator, who also didn't help me because she didn't understand and advised me to call tech support. He asked her to at least give me some other number (she didn't think of it herself). Calls to the second number were unsuccessful - no one answered.
Finally, I gradually removed the 3 transport pads (1 by hand, two very tightly with a wrench). I literally ripped the mess out. The pads have rubber inside, which deforms during assembly and subsequently prevents pulling out.
The last straw was when installing the supply hose, which kept leaking around the thread. I used a good quality hose from a previous washing machine.
If the washing machine was not on sale for less than 8 000 CZK, I would consider returning it. At this price I hope it breaks down under warranty and so far that seems very likely.
Now we have our first wash. Keep your fingers crossed!
