Once the audible signal is heard, the appliance automatically switches to the temperature-maintaining mode. You need to keep an eye on the porridge, otherwise it will burn. An absurd preparation time of an hour and a half. Steaming works a treat. I tried some gyoza dumplings, and they were perfect. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a handy kitchen aid.
