Quietness, effective ventilation. Sometimes, I think I'd appreciate an even lower fan speed than 1.
The second one I've fitted in the house. You just have to have one of these when it's hot.
Don't be afraid of the installation at all, there's a clear video guide. You connect the 3 wires from the ceiling to the 3 "openings" in the fan. Then you connect the supplied cables to the unit; each cable has a specific connector and can't be plugged in anywhere else.
The printed manual is of awful quality, I recommend the video guide. Following that, it's a breeze.
Hiding all the cables and electronics is a bit of a challenge, but with a little patience, it can be done.

My ceilings are 4 metres high; I’ve got it on a long pole and the cables are just the right length. With a short rod, you’ll need to do a bit of modelling to hide it, but it’s no big deal.
It’s performing better than expected; I might just go for a second one.
It can be fitted in under an hour, even with a terminal block, if you’re using a terminal for the blue wire. The terminal block provided is designed for TNS (three wires from the ceiling – H, M, ZŽ). I have TNC at home (phase and neutral).
