There was a wear of the plastic wall that locks the fuse at the device. In order to get the device to start, I have to either lock the fuses manually or push in and jam the fuse so that it is still off. Somewhat impractical and it is the only reason why I am considering buying a new device.
It has been working perfectly for almost 1.5 years
as far as functions are concerned, none.
