I got it primarily for navigating at races. I've done one race on it (200+ km) and it was good for me. I haven't debugged the detailed navigation yet (have it show a right turn in 50m - apparently this needs to be reconciled with Komoot), but the navigation rendering, the turn, it went just fine. I've tried it before with a cell phone, but it's still all about clicking, stopping, charging the phone. This is where you just go. If it goes off the navigated path, it will alert you. It does not accurately display speed when compared to a bike speed measurement. I attribute this mainly to the GPS speed tracking, but that didn't bother me. In the endurance version I had it on for 21 hours, I was driving at night and at least 25-30% of the battery was still left. I also tried Garmin edge 540, Sigma ROX 11.1. They are devices of different functionality and price category, but for my navigation purpose ROX4 was quite sufficient. When I needed more detail, I pulled the phone out, but that was minimal. The ROX11.1 is nicer, but it has less battery life, it's smaller, the display has better resolution, but it gets the job done just the same. Only one path can be recorded in ROX4. But that doesn't bother me at all, you can choose what's on your phone.
