I wanted a cyclocomputer with GPS and this one delivers. Legible display, navigation is so quite usable which pleasantly surprised me. the battery lasts about what they advertise. The controls are really weird but you can get used to them. There's just a problem with GPS signal reception. When we put it on the stem as we got on the bike I shaded it and the signal dropped out. On the handlebars it's further away from the body it's better but just going out of the saddle and I'm having trouble sometimes. You put your bike under a tree and sometimes you lose signal and your phone holds it without a problem. Overall I really like it and I'm thinking of printing some handlebar mount to go a little forward so it doesn't shadow.
does everything advertised
for the needs of a hobby rider cool
soft and synchronisation works
I didn't expect anything from the navigation but surprisingly it works
After half a year of operation I can say that ROX and the Ride app have tried everything I could. Navigating by Ride is quite cumbersome and even after exporting the route from mapy.cz Premium it's not much, but the app is good for setup. I use it as a regular bike computer, clock, distance travelled, speed and so called. training time. After finishing the ride, I launch the Ride app, sync and save the ride to Stats, reset the training time, this way complete satisfaction.
The speedometer with navigation is very pleasant, small, with good durability and a clear display without unnecessary functions. I also tested the navigation in the car and it did not embarrass itself at all. In terms of connectivity, the Sigma Ride app is straightforward and can be linked to Strava. Unfortunately, strava does not support two-way communication, so you will not have activities from Strava in the Sigma application. Activity data can be transferred to garmin using " package to Fit" and manually entered in garmin connect. I' ve only had the Sigma Rox 2.0 for a short time, but I can' t say a bad word yet. A nice bonus would be the possibility of connecting with a charge sensor to make the distance more accurate like the Rox 4.0 has, but it works fine even without that. On behalf of myself, I recommend it. She met my expectations.
Very easy to use
No unnecessary functions
It picks up GPS quickly
Price/performance very good
Navigation - simple but reliable
Good battery life
It gets a bit confusing if it loses signal or the start and end are next to each other.
It measures reliably via gps, the only fault is that it only measures up to 1000km then it measures from zero.
