I was looking for a speedometer that could do cadence, wasn't rechargeable (I don't want to worry about constant recharging), could transfer data to PC/mobile, and lasted a long time. I was choosing between the BBB BCP-40W (which I ruled out because of poor manufacturer support), the Cateye Padrone Smart+ (which I ruled out because of the (non-rechargeable) battery life, which in my case I would have to change every month) and this Sigma. But you can tell it's an 8-year-old model. The controls are a bit clunky, the display quite rough.
