I'm reviewing as someone whose Miele broke after 13 years, at 30k prices back then. As someone who first bought https://www.alza.cz/krups-ea877d10-intuition-experience-s-nadobou-na-mleko-d7415858. htm with dissatisfaction traded for this 2x expensive Siemens, only to find that the market hasn't moved forward in a decade (if you take out Wifi and the color touchpad), maybe it has moved backwards a bit. Thus, I had the opportunity to compare de facto three products. Siemens is not bad. The coffee was softer and less acidic compared to the Krups. Miele tasted a little better to me, but I guess that's a habit. All the instruments had passable Crema. Milk frothing somewhere on the level of the old Miele, ie does not disappoint, but does not completely delight. The foam is even a bit better tasting than the Miele, but there is a bit less of it (a bit more milk floating underneath). Compared to the Krups, it was worse and less firm (as other reviews have written). But when I swapped the milk for a different whole milk (Albert OEM for Lidl OEM), the Siemens kept the foam level at say 90%, but the Krups basically fell off and was letting out de facto warm milk with no foam, which was weird. That's why I chose Siemens even though it is 2x more expensive and without the gift. The device looks like a knockout, but it is not a mega-knockout, both against Krups and Miele. Unnecessarily large, the space inside is not used optimally. What to say in conclusion? That the aftertaste that western products do not evolve, but under the weight of austerity and overregulation even a little deevolve remains (Similarly, I bought a new dishwasher after 16 years, although it saves money, but it clogs more often, washes worse, the plastics are in worse condition after 4 years than the mynula after 16). If the device cost under 20k, I would give 4 stars, but I can't for this money.

Easy cleaning of the brewing unit
It doesn't flush the milk hose (where Miele prompts you to plug the hose into the drain and flushes it completely, Krups flushes the foaming bowels, Siemes is stubbornly silent and leaves it flushed. These things should have been part of the setup, not everyone uses a milk jug, someone sticks the tube straight into the box.
No sensors for the combustion unit cover and central nozzle cover
Imperfect design of the brewing unit, after a few coffees there is coffee spilled in the area of the brewing unit and mess in places where it should not be.
It's bigger than it needs to be, the interior designed wastefully. This fact is underlined by the relatively small waste tanks.
I was very pleasantly surprised by the Siemens coffee machine. I was using a different brand of coffee machine before, but switching to this model was a definite step forward. I especially appreciate the intuitive touch screen, which makes operation quick and easy. The quality of the prepared coffee is at a significantly higher level - the espresso has a fuller flavour and better aroma. The milk system works great too, producing a really smooth and creamy lather effortlessly. Another big plus is the wide range of drinks, where everyone will find their own. Overall, the coffee machine looks very modern, well made and reliable. Compared to the previous coffee machine, this is a noticeable improvement in every way.
