The tube that goes into the milk carton is a huge advantage; the whole process is done in a jiffy and nothing gets messy. The coffee machine is quite 'incontinent', so it lets out a lot of water when starting up and shutting down. It's a shame that the package doesn't include at least one cleaning tablet or descaler. The only thing in the box is one Brita filter.
