According to the tables on the Shimano website, I should be a size 40.5, maybe 41. Actually, no way. To size. 41, I barely got a foot = too narrow and short. Size 42 was much better, but only with size 43 was everything good. So I recommend taking two sizes larger than your normal shoes.
