Professional headphones that still offer a lot of music for the price they sell for now. The biggest dominance of the headphones is their bass - or rather sub-bass. These are well extended, have good impact, and tastefully accentuate the sound. These are followed by more subtle midbasses that don't interfere with the midrange frequencies and don't try to beat your brains out at any cost. It's such a subtle background music with the right impact (the impact is greater than the HD 600). The midrange is rich, full, and the low mids are well represented, but there is certainly less upper midrange (in direct comparison) compared to the HD 600. The middle zone, however, has a typical slight cup colour. However, it sounds pleasant and not too unnatural - don't look for extra sharp texture or extra detail here either, the sound is smooth, similar to the HD 600. All this is followed by high frequencies. They don't have the most impressive extensions or extra glitter, etc. They sound quite smooth, but they do accentuate the hiss more, so there is more detail in them compared to the HD 600, and it's better for easier detection of errors in bad recordings. There's only a slight hint of hiss in well-mastered tracks - for completely smooth speech, get the HD 600. The HD 280 Pro's dynamics and resolution are decent, but if you're looking for punch, slam, impact and crisp texture, try looking for planar headphones. You certainly won't find it here. I would describe the overall character of these headphones as darker and denser with similar dynamics compared to the HD 600 with a slight extra hiss. The sound does not get tired even after a long time of listening.
Low price.
Decent sound.
It looks sturdy, the plastics although ordinary without any quality finish look like they will last.
Upholstering the earcups and head bridge with leatherette - it wipes dirt and grease off the skin well.
Greater clamping force provides better pressure on the head and therefore better isolation and stability during movement.
Despite the higher clamping force, they are quite comfortable for me.
Great soundproofing.
Folding construction - either flat or stacked.
Twisted cable - it doesn't roll anywhere on the ground and the length adjusts to the listener's position as needed.
The cable looks really good quality including the connectors.
Serviceability (head bridge padding, earmuffs - it's still affordable and won't break the wallet).
Easy to build.
The leather is thin, I'm worried about its durability.
More pressure for some.
Overall, the headphones do not look expensive (leatherette, plastic -after all, it is a profi model and this is not considered here).
Non-disconnectable cable!
Slight cup colouring in the centres.
Slightly accentuated hiss - more about the sound below.
Smaller and shallower shells combined with a closed design - they get the ears quite warm. I'm sure it will be a problem in the summer.
My ear is touching the inside of the shell, but it is padded, so no blisters.

I bought the headphones to go with the electric keyboards. They sound better than the ones I had (they weren't studio). They are pleasant for long use. My only complaint is the spiral cable. It doesn't suit me because it gets tangled up when I play and I have to put it under my leg. Unfortunately, it cannot be replaced. Otherwise, I'm quite satisfied. The sound could be a bit better, but it's good enough for the price.
Pleasant for long use
The sound is sufficient
For the price, good balance of bass, midrange, treble, but I've never tried a more expensive one.
Good spatial transition when playing the piano
Spiral cable that cannot be replaced
Passive reduction of ambient noise suppression is not so noticeable
I'd like to see a bit better bass

I have had the headphones for about 4 months, I use them mainly for DJing at home. I have nothing to complain about, for the money I don't think you can get anything better.

Reasonable price.
More pronounced depth band.
With some time spent with the sound setup, they can deliver music listening pleasure at this price level. But don't expect miracles.
Slightly neglected highs and mids against decently distorted bass. It requires more time to tinker with the settings. It can be fine-tuned but it also requires sensitive changes in settings when genres change. Compared to the Koss UR20 or cheaper AKGs, they don't have as much dynamics, but again they trump in bass.
The head bridge does not have an ideal shape, about like a racquetball on the ears it widens slightly, resulting in slight pressure on the top of the head but with a thick head it may not matter so much plus it is softly padded. The shells are pleasantly soft, they have an elongated shape and not a circle so less space for the ear, which may bother some people (including me).
The finish in matt black plastic looks tasteful.
