it vacuums badly, switches off after about 30 seconds and then takes five minutes to switch back on. we don't have pets, so he didn't have to vacuum up the hair, and in normal vacuuming, the crumbs go back to the floor when the vacuum is turned off. the engine heats up a lot. We complained, but the answer came back that everything was fine and the vacuum cleaner was returned to us. so those are probably the normal features of a vacuum cleaner. I absolutely do not recommend the product and after me experience with the complaint, certainly not this brand.

We bought it as a replacement for our 3 year old Electrolux Pure Q9 (still perfectly functional and wandering around the cottage). We chose the Hoover HFX HFX20P as a replacement and we can't praise it enough: )
