In case of heavy soiling, you can vacuum it with another vacuum cleaner with the brush attachment attached. Do not wash the HEPA filter in water. There's a risk of damage. If the HEPA filter is already heavily soiled, damaged or deformed, replace it with a new one. We recommend changing the filter once every six months during normal use. If mechanical damage has occurred to the combined slotted and dust nozzle, it can be purchased as SVXD 0120. "
